SAN JOSE, July 22 (Xinhua) -- Costa Rican President Oscar Arias on Wednesday announced a Declaration of San Jose as a solution to Honduras' ongoing political crisis.
The Costa Rican presidency confirmed to Xinhua that the declaration demands ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya's return to Honduras within 24 hours.
